We have a great service department for our Dealer Channel. Our Xerox trained technician is qualified to work on all low-volume machines and some mid-volume machines so you experience the maximum productivity from our machines. We can either send our technician out to your location for a $125.00 (excluding parts) per call or you can drop off the machine in Bellaire, OH for $95.00 (excluding parts) per call. With that amazing low price, our technician guarantees that your machine will work so he gives you a 60 day warranty after the repairs!

Also, for a range of products, you can ask your sales representative for one of our maintenance agreements.
